"SOMEONE I LOVE IS A WORKING CLASS ARTIST" work created by GenderFail founder Be Oakley.

The font for the shirt was created by protest signs of two recent strikes for working class artists, professors and teamsters. The RISD TEAMSTER / PARSONS ADJUNCT STRIKE FONT celebrates these two successful strikes to benefit working class people. 50% of all profits for this shirt will be invested in ongoing strike funds in support of workers fighting for dignified and livable wage.

The shirt is apart of an ongoing practice of creating open source fonts made from protest signs from carious moments and causes. Each shirt is a wearable language work disseminating the statement to publics unknown.
