FAQ + SHIPPING/RETURNS
Items are packaged and shipped three times a week. Canadian packages are estimated to arrive in 5-10 days business days, US packages 7-14. Please be mindful that shipping within parts of North America can be more costly. We keep this in mind with our calculations and appreciate your understanding. Tracking and insurance are included within our shipping rates. Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, they are out of our hands. If your tracking number is giving you confusing data, please contact your local post office or customer support for your postal entity first. Do we accept returns/exchanges?
We have a strict no return policy online. I understand that this can be frustrating. We are a small independent brick + mortar first, and very new to online. I work closely with many vendors and consigners, often paying them as soon as an order is fulfilled making it tricky for us to make exchanges/returns once those funds are in the hands vendors. If something comes to you damaged please email me within 48 hours of receiving the parcel as we are not responsible for lost, broken, or unclaimed packages. If you received a parcel that is broken upon delivery, I can provide you with an insurance claim via Canada Post in order for you to recoup your funds. I promise that when your item leaves the shop, it is in mint condition and packaged to the highest of our standards.

Are there duties and fees?
Sometimes. Depending on where you live, you may my subject to duties and brokerage fees that are out of our control. Once an items leaves the shop, it is in the hands of postal conditions within your region which we cannot keep track of.

If you would like to show your work in our gallery space:
Since opening Likely General Gallery in the back of the shop, we are quite grateful for the positive response we've received. The gallery presents new work once a month and openings are typically on the first or second Thursday of every month. We receive many proposals as we strive to be an open and accepting space for up-and-coming artists to experiment with solo or collaborative installations. We are fully booked until July, but please don't hesitate to contact us with a statement, examples of your work, and your CV and/or website. If we feel you are a good fit, and that we could properly represent you and your work for a month, we will contact you.
